These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Valbona Rukic / Sound of Life, including coaching, yoga, sound healing, massage, and retreats – whether in-person or online.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon full payment.
Payments are due before the session and can be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
In-person sessions may include travel costs depending on location.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
This policy ensures mutual respect and planning reliability.

3. If I need to cancel

If I am unable to hold a session due to illness or emergency, I will inform you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment.
No fees will be charged in this case. If no suitable rescheduling can be arranged, a full refund will be offered for any prepaid sessions.

4. Packages & Validity

Prepaid packages (e.g. 4-session coaching or yoga series) must be used within 3 to 6 months from the start date (as agreed).
Sessions not used within that timeframe may expire unless otherwise discussed. Unused sessions are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

All sessions are intended for personal growth, well-being, and self-reflection.
They do not replace medical or psychological treatment or diagnosis.
Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are mentally and physically able to take part.

6. Online Sessions & Technical Issues

For online sessions, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a quiet, undisturbed space.
If technical issues occur on my side, I will reschedule the session at no extra cost.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.
No data will be shared with third parties unless legally required.

8. Legal Notice

These services are offered under the name “Sound of Life” by Valbona Rukic, based in Switzerland.
By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
